Takes a little getting used to, but once the adjustment's right and one learns to engage one's core properly (and one's breathing), it's a HUGE help with core work. Very happy with this purchase.

This band definitely helps make you aware of your breathing in a way that I have never experienced before. That’s exactly what it claims to do. It is adjustable to fit a wide range of body types and sizes. It is relatively comfortable. I feel like my core is better engaged when I wear it. I, unfortunately, am not a very disciplined person and have not used it consistently, so I cannot provide definitive results. But it seems like this should provide good results with disciplined use.

This ab ribbon is an awesome idea and I got it with the total intention of watching the included classes and wearing it around the house, etc. I got it MONTHS ago and I have yet to even watch one class or do more than even try it on. Sadly I just don't have the discipline to use it which is totally on me, saying nothing about the quality of the ab ribbon itself. I think the item is really well made and it's an extra bonus that the classes are included with purchase. Maybe I'll make using it a New Year's resolution...
