This series builds on your breath foundation by increasing C02 tolerance and introducing more demanding core sequences. Expect longer exhales, more precise rib positioning, and deeper integration of oblique, transverse abdominis, and pelvic floor coordination. Movements become more dynamic as you train the core to stabilize under higher breath load. Ideal once you've mastered Beginner Core.
Intermediate Total Body Program
An 8-week progression that expands your strength, balance, and athletic control. You'll train multi-planar movements, unilateral stability, and controlled tempo work while maintaining breath discipline. Breath sequences intensify each week, teaching you to hold technique under fatigue and improving both movement efficiency and nervous system resilience.
Intermediate Mobility Program

These mobility sessions use longer breath holds, deeper ranges of motion, and progressive hip and spine patterns. The focus is on improving control in stretched positions while integrating diaphragmatic breathing. You'll build mobility that is usable — stronger end-ranges, better posture, and smoother transitions in all functional movements.
