The HYPOXiX Cognition Cardio Method for Broadway Performers

This signature 8-week program teaches performers how to control breath while learning choreography, using a technique called Cognition Cardio — a neurological training method that challenges dancers to absorb new choreography, maintain rhythm, and regulate their breath simultaneously.

During the series, you will:

  • Learn long-exhale breath patterns that support vocal tone and stability
  • Train the diaphragm for endurance during fast choreography
  • Practice choreography drills while maintaining breath control
  • Strengthen vocal power under movement-induced breath pressure
  • Build the mental endurance needed for rapid choreography learning
  • Improve performance consistency during high-intensity dance sequences

This program is ideal for dancers who must sing, singers who must dance, and performers who want their breath, brain, and body to work as one unit under stage conditions. By Week 8, you'll feel prepared for auditions, callbacks, full-out rehearsals, and 8-show weeks with more stability, clarity, and breath-led coordination than ever before.

Cognition Cardio

Breath Control • Strength • Neurological Endurance • Oxygen Efficiency

COGNITION Cardio is a collection of progressive 8-week training series designed to teach breath control under movement. Each program integrates strength work, coordination, and cognitive challenge so you learn to regulate your breathing while you train — not after.

Using the HYPOXiX breath-led method, sessions challenge attentional control, muscular endurance, and oxygen efficiency at the same time. Instead of separating cardio and strength, you develop the ability to move, think, and breathe as one system.

Learn long-exhale breathing patterns that improve stability and control
Integrate diaphragmatic breathing into resistance-based strength work
Train coordination and memory while maintaining breath rhythm
Build endurance without breath-spiking or over-fatiguing
Improve CO₂ tolerance and respiratory efficiency

By Week 8, your breathing is steadier, your strength more efficient, and your nervous system more resilient under pressure.

Mobility For Broadway

Coming Soon

Hips • Spine • Breath • Recovery

A breath-focused mobility series designed specifically for the demands of Broadway performance. Over 8 progressive weeks, you'll build the range, fluidity, and joint control necessary for dance styles ranging from jazz to contemporary to musical theater choreography.

Each session uses long nasal inhales, extended exhales, and controlled breath cycles to help you:

  • Open the hips and spine for lines, extensions, and turns
  • Reduce stiffness from long rehearsal days
  • Improve spinal articulation, rib mobility, and turnout capacity
  • Prevent overuse injuries common in dancers and singer-movers
  • Downregulate the nervous system for recovery and vocal health
  • Develop breath-supported mobility for expressive movement

By layering breathwork onto dancer specific mobility patterns, this program builds longevity, fluidity, and full-range confidence on stage.
