AJ Fisher is the creator of Ab-Ribbon, a tactile breathing tool designed to connect every breath to deep core activation during movement. What began as simple satin ribbons tied around clients’ ribcages evolved - after years of testing and refinement - into a durable, accessible training system used to restore core awareness and nervous system balance.

Originally embraced by postpartum clients, Ab-Ribbon is now used by athletes, performers, and everyday movers to strengthen the breathing core, improve stability, and feel more connected with every breath.
