Ultimate core recovery programs

The first 8 program

POSTPARTUM

COACHING & 1-Year Program Alternative: Select 1 Phase at a time

Your postpartum recovery doesn't have to be a solo journey. You can choose to experience just one part of your journey with guided coaching - whether that's working directly with AJ or partnering with another Certified HYPOXiX Coach who will support, cue, and refine your progress inside the method. Coaching is available as an add-on to any phase. That means you can receive individualized breath guidance, core retraining support, and intelligent strength progressions - without needing to commit to an entire year upfront. You decide the level of support. You choose the pace.

Select One Phase at a Time

If committing to a full year feels overwhelming, you don't have to. Phases 2-6 continue the postpartum transformation beyond The First 8 -layering progressive strength, mobility, breathwork, and deep-core integration to carry you through a full year of intelligent rebuilding. But you can take it one step at a time. Each phase is available individually. Every 8-week progression stands on its own, allowing you to deepen your core healing and total-body strength one phase at a time. This is your journey back - not just to strength, but to connection, alignment, and confidence in your body again.
Explore the phases. Add coaching if you desire guidance. Move forward when you feel ready.
Your stronger postpartum chapter begins with the next step.
