Beginner Total Body Strength

This 8-week progression introduces full-body movement patterns that develop strength, alignment, and breath awareness at a gentle pace. You'll learn to sync long exhales with foundational exercises like squats, lunges, hinges, and balance transitions. Movements stay accessible while your breath capacity grows, making this a supportive entry point for anyone building consistency or restarting their fitness journey.

Beginner Mobility Program

A restorative blend of hip-opening, spine lengthening, and nervous system—calming sessions built around nasal breathing. Using long, slow inhales and soft core activation, you'll open your hips, psoas, and ribcage while strengthening your diaphragm. These weekly mobility labs help reduce tension, improve posture, and prepare your body for deeper progressions in the next level.
